正式工就是在劳动法及劳动合同法颁布实施后，指与用工单位签订劳动合同，从而与用人单位存在劳动关系（包括事实劳动关系）的各种用工形式、各种用工期限的劳动者，包括企业的管理人员、技术人员和工人以及外籍员工等全体人员。
Formal labor refers to all kinds of employment forms and duration of labor, including enterprise management personnel, technical personnel and workers, as well as foreign employees, after the promulgation and implementation of labor law and labor contract law, which sign labor contract with the employing unit, and thus have labor relations (including factual labor relations) with the employing unit.
