劳务派遣是指由劳务派遣机构与派遣劳工订立劳动合同，把劳动者派向其他用工单位，再由其用工单位向派遣机构支付一笔服务费用的一种用工形式。又称人力派遣、人才租赁、劳动派遣、劳动力租赁、雇员租赁。
Labor dispatch refers to a form of employment in which the labor dispatch agency signs a labor contract with the dispatched workers, sends the workers to other employing units, and then the employing unit pays a service fee to the dispatch agency. It is also called human dispatch, talent leasing, labor dispatch, labor leasing and employee leasing.

正式工就是在劳动法及劳动合同法颁布实施后，指与用工单位签订劳动合同，从而与用人单位存在劳动关系（包括事实劳动关系）的各种用工形式、各种用工期限的劳动者，包括企业的管理人员、技术人员和工人以及外籍员工等全体人员。
Formal labor refers to all kinds of employment forms and duration of labor, including enterprise management personnel, technical personnel and workers, as well as foreign employees, after the promulgation and implementation of labor law and labor contract law, which sign labor contract with the employing unit, and thus have labor relations (including factual labor relations) with the employing unit.
